AYA Coaching Programs:

Thank you for your interest in Affirm Your Abundance (AYA) coaching programs. I am thrilled to be able to work with you in order to reach your definition of success over these next few weeks. Please review our terms of service, privacy and return policy and submit to AYA with payment in order to start setting up your first 1 hour coaching call. 

Keep in mind in AYA’s coaching program you will receive1 hour coaching calls once per week. You will also be receiving course work that will be required to be completed prior to the next upcoming call.  That in conjunction with guided meditations, breathing techniques and whatever other goodies come your way all combine to ensure you are truly connecting to your inner source of power.

Terms of Service: Choosing a coaching program is choosing You. Your coach accepts the responsibility of maintaining a code of ethics while holding you accountable and supporting you in various ways to achieve your desired goals, as well as being punctual and available to you in the set meeting time. However, by committing to this service you are accepting the full responsibility of all actions and decisions made on your behalf. It is recommended to be open to communication and new practices. In order for you to get to your next level in life, you have to be open to do things you never have before.

All coaching sessions will be scheduled in advance by a direct agreement between you and your coach. AYA approves a 15 minute grace period if late to appointment. After 15 minutes, without any previous communication, the session will be canceled. If for any reason you are unable to attend a scheduled coaching session, please let your coach know at least 24 hours in advance. If not rescheduled by the end of business day of session, the session will be forfeited. You are responsible for rescheduling via phone, scheduling site, or email.

AYA coaching programs and services are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you are enrolled in a program for a number of sessions, unused sessions due to no-shows or quitting the program may not be eligible for refund, credit or transfer. The only time a cancelation would be deemed refundable is if it is based off the recommendation of the AYA team. Otherwise, All notice of cancelation must be in writing and email to affirmyourabundance@gmail.com. Cancelation notice will be deemed on the date in which the AYA Team receives the cancelation. 

AYA coaching programs are not a replacement for therapy. Please understand our partnership is to inspire you to maximize personal and professional potential. This program does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorders or medical diseases.

Privacy Policy: It is our commitment to you that all information will remain confidential. Your coach will not share any information regarding you receiving any coaching services unless you have given consent. This is your safe space and we want to treat it as such. You are more than welcome to share your opinions of our coaching program with the world, however, Please refrain from sharing meditations, breathing techniques or worksheets as those are direct property of AYA and can result in termination of your program.

Return Policy:  There will be no returns, credits or transfers on any coaching services provided by Tiffany Roldan-Howell or any Affirm Your Abundance team member. The free 15 minute abundance call act’s as a preview of the services you will receive and if you choose to purchase any future services that is a commitment you have chosen for yourself. Therefore, you will be held accountable to do your best on all course work and make every session unless otherwise communicated with the AYA team. 

Limited Liability: Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the Coach be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Coach under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date.

Webinars/Live Seminars: Webinars and ANY live seminars are not to be recorded or redistributed in any way unless verified and approved via Affirm Your Abundance’s legal team.
